I write regularly about health and well-being in an area that’s rapidly gaining traction among providers and the public: the connection between consciousness and health.
The current health care landscape includes 70% of Americans who are willing to pay out of pocket for solutions beyond the conventional medical toolbox, such as mind-body therapies. I connect the dots with experts and trends and show how a change in thought through a spiritual approach to living can improve health without drugs or invasive treatments.
For the last ten years I worked as an editor for the Christian Science Publishing Society for a website and a weekly magazine that reported on spirituality and health. In addition to my writing, I help the public find solutions through prayer as a Christian Science practitioner and I’m also a legislative advocate for spiritual healing in Massachusetts.
I live with my family in the Boston area where I enjoy whipping up nutritious meals and hiking the trails at our nearby state park.
